Greetings from QuesterSMS !  We hope and pray that you and your family are safe and healthy during this pandemic.

As you are aware, the TCCCPR guidelines and framework is designed for providing a safe, secure, and enhanced eco-system to curb the issue of Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) or spam calls and messages. This framework also provides an opportunity for enterprises/brands/B2B clients to connect with their customers in a more meaningful and relevant way. All the operators across the country have invested in and deployed the DLT platform. The DLT platform has been in trial mode since 01-June-2020.

All operators will now commercially go live with the DLT platform from 01-Sep-2020. From this date onwards, all Domestic A2P SMS traffic will be charged at an additional DLT Scrubbing charge of INR 0.025 per SMS that is submitted to the DLT platform. This charge will be in addition to the existing SMS charges which are agreed between us.

Note: This DLT Scrubbing charge will only be levied if the operator charges us for the same. (The available prepaid balance in your panel will be re-calculated on 01-Sept-2020 based on the additional DLT scrubbing charges of Rs.0.025+GST per SMS)

So Please use Your Existing Balance before 1st Sept 2020…
