BY USING or placing an orderwith QuesterWebTech SERVICES you confirm that you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE Terms and Conditions PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES.
Privacy Policy
QuesterWebTech use of any personally identifiable information you submit to the Website is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Registration
The User has to get registered with us as per the service acceptance contract by providing relevant details including your contact number, mailing address, office address, and so on. The User should provide the current and true information as per the requirement of the registration form without fail. If in any scenario the information provided by the User stands untrue or incomplete, QuesterWebTech holds the right to deny, suspend, or terminate the services at any instance without giving any prior notice. The User is liable to submit identification documents necessary as per the regulations of the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. The account shall be set for deactivation in case the required documents are not submitted within 10 days of account activation, and we shall not be liable for any refunds.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions, please contact Concern Sales person prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you!
Website Hosting:
Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not cancelled until notice is received from the client, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Domain Agreement
QuesterWebTech may provide top-level domains at discounted prices with the purchase of a new webhosting package. The promotional pricing is subject to change upon the annual renewal of the purchased domain. Should the customer decide to switch hosting providers, the client agrees to pay the yearly fee listed on the QuesterHost.com website for domain name registration. Please note that domains automatically renew therefore if you wish not to renew your domain we ask that you cancel it prior to its annual renewal.

Email / Mailing List Policy
QuesterWebTech’s network is monitored through multiple feedback loops and may terminate, without prior warning, a server that has a high complaint ratio including servers that may be CAN-SPAM compliant. Running a single opt-in, opt-out only, or any other non-double opt-in mailing list will result in server termination.Operating an account on behalf of, or in connection with, or reselling any service to, persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at: http://www.spamhaus.org will result in immediate account termination.
Abuse Complaints
All abuse complaints must be responded to no later than 48 hours after the complaint is made. Failure to reply may result in account termination. Quester Web Technologies reserves the right to remove files that do not adhere to our terms of service, local, state, or federal laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The User and QuesterWebtech agree that these Term & Condition shall be Governed by the Laws of India. Also agree that all disputes that may arise form or in connection with the term and condition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
